Public Lands

What We Do:

Lead the fight to protect and preserve our public lands including forests, waters, and resources for current and future generations with Calls to Action and information.

A mountainous landscape with a forested slope and clear blue sky with clouds.

Accomplishments

  • Developed a flyer informing people about proposed actions by the Trump administration to sell off public lands in 2025, which were withdrawn due to public pushback across the country.

  • Conducted public outreach at Monarch and Cottonwood Passes by distributing flyers and engaging visitors from across the country on risks to public lands.

  • Developed a Call To Action guide that is up to date on current happenings and needs for public action - SEE BELOW or click here.

Looking Ahead

  • Monitor proposed efforts to destroy our public lands, continually updating our Action Guide (SEE BELOW),  and design public education and advocacy actions to prevent these efforts from advancing.
