Colorado Secretary of State official website for Amendments and Propositions. This site has who is sponsoring/behind the various initiatives. This information is very interesting, with a known 'dark money' group (Advance Colorado - not based in CO) behind many of them.
Colorado Blue Book - did you get your novel in the mail yet? Go to the online version here. There are other resources available here, including an audio version of the Blue Book from Colorado Talking Book Library and Judicial Performance Reviews.
Amendment 87 group (graduated income tax) website. I highly recommend you look into the breakdown of who will pay what and how a graduated income tax works. For 97% of CO taxpayers, this will maintain or more likely decrease your tax bill. Note that this was driven by Coloradans and petitions were collected by Coloradans, not paid petitioners like the competing Proposition 136 being funded by outside money. 136 will not allow for any tax increase, just maintaining what we have now. Since the initiatives conflict — one establishes rates above 4.4% for certain income brackets, and the other prohibits individual and corporate income tax rates above 4.4% — if both measures are approved by voters, the conflicting provisions of whichever measure receives more votes would take effect. I recommend looking at the FAQs page.
