Civic Engagement

What We Do:

This team is focused on projects and efforts to support the midterm elections in Nov, 2026 by getting the word out about voting and what's at stake.

Group of people gathered outdoors near a river, with some sitting on benches and others looking at a book or document, during daytime. There are trees, flags, and a small building in the background.

Accomplishments

  • Collected signatures to get Initiative 195 on the statewide Nov ballot

  • Created a poster focused on educating the community on the primary process and the importance of voting

  • Supported Julie Gonzales' run for US Senator by canvassing and phone banking.

Looking Ahead

  • Organizing a debate between PT Wood and Toby Tyler for Chaffee County Commissioner
